B | 　　广州市委常委、南沙区委书记刘炜表示，作为国家游艇自由行政策落地实施首批区域，南沙肩负着先行先试的重要使命，必须敢于探索创新，为大湾区游艇产业发展探路。最终目标是深化粤港澳游艇市场协同，当前仅仅是破冰起步阶段，后续还要持续推动跨境通行更加便利、产业供给更加充实、运行监管更加安全、办事流程更加高效，真正让普通大众能够共享游艇发展带来的海洋文旅红利，而这一愿景，需要粤港澳各方携手合作才能够实现。　　全国政协副主席、广州南沙粤港合作咨询委员会顾问梁振英表示，香港市民酷爱海上活动，若能大幅降低活动成本，同时拓展可活动海域，香港的游艇休闲、体育赛事等水上活动将有望实现普及化。这不仅是满足市民对美好生活的向往、提升香港生活质量的重要举措，也是培育旅游相关新兴产业、打造未来经济增长点的有效路径。游艇产业链涵盖修造、船用设备生产、融资租赁、保险经纪、注册登记、培训教练，以及面向本地与外来游客的旅游服务，未来还可拓展至游艇贸易出口等领域。　　南沙开发区管委会副主任袁飚表示，粤港澳大湾区海洋资源得天独厚，粤港澳游艇自由行政策持续落地，为游艇产业发展打开广阔空间。
